Medical transfers don’t always need a private ambulance service. We recently transferred a client from a local private hospital to home in our Ambulette vehicle. The client wanted less drama and fuss and was in need of a caring hand en route and on arrival. The client sat comfortably in a wheelchair we provided for the journey and did not want the attention that a private ambulance service draws when he arrived at his destination. Our Healthcare assistant escort and driver (Team) assisted our client all the way into their home. When he was comfortably settled, we withdrew from his house and discreetly drove away to our next job. The family were delighted to have their Dad back at home with a minimum fuss and maximum level of discretion. Yellow vehicles, Gurneys and Sirens provided by the private ambulance service are not always required for transfers and neither are the costs!!!
