CareCabs Advocacy Service
Our Advocacy service, which is performed by fully trained healthcare professionals, ensures that the healthcare intervention for our client has the best chance of a positive outcome. This service requires a short pre-appointment meeting and a signed a consent form from the client or their next of kin. Our advocacy service results in immediate feedback for the client’s family their Residential Care Home and the client’s General Practitioner.
“Advocacy” means the Nurse or Carer will assist with communication by speaking on our clients behalf at the appointment in line with the wishes of the client and their next of kin. This is usually required if the client has communication or memory difficulties.
Healthcare Assistant

Nurse
In certain cases the person who is being admitted, transferred or discharged from hospital should be in the care of a nurse. click for more detailsThis is really defined by the client’s medical situation and will be specified by her primary carer. Our qualified and highly experienced Nurses will co-ordinate the admission, transfer or discharge efficiently while also attending to our clients medical needs throughout.
